The dreaded Big As exactly one year ago...

The mindless studying, the last-minute cramming , the late nights, the countless messages to keep each other awake, the anxiety, the fear, the exhaustion, the morning rush(es) to school, having my birthday right smack in the middle of the As (Which served as a convenient excuse for others to forget my birthday. Boohoohoo!), having a birthday party of sorts a day before my Chem paper, the supreme happiness at the end of it all...

The Day of Reckoning in March, the reflection on the aspirations I had in my life, the numerous advice I sought, the difficult decision-making process , the mad rush to get my supporting documents in on time, the post university-application-results stress/dejection...

But hey, look at us now! In NUS, NTU, SMU, SIM, Australia, Switzerland and.. ok.. soon to be SIM... All making a smooth transition to the next phase of our lives.

Big girls now, aren't we?

Which also means that we're hitting the Big Two very soon, getting old more mature, starting to get hitched, starting to receive invitations to weddings and babies' first-month, starting to get less pimples and more wrinkles and white hair...

Eeeeeyuuur... Growing up sucks quite a bit, I realised. Boohoohoo!
