Sally and I have a pact. When she runs, I'll run. When she crunches, I'll crunch.

Sally: we compete by the no. of occasions we actually really exercise haha

Me: hahahhaah! ok on! wa... luckily not gonna be based on distance! if not your one run is like my 3 days of run!

Me: i can just peng! hahahhaah

Sally: hahahah!!

Sally: i just run 10 days, u have to run one month liao!!

Sally: LOL


Now I'm all motivated! Even though the distance I clock is like 小巫见大巫 relative to hers - she clocks 6km for every run while I only do about 2km for mine, even though I have to wake up at 7am to run, even though it's so 勉强, I die die will and must run if she runs. And crunch if she crunches.

All in the spirit of friendly competition!


(Since Sally ran 6km last night, I woke up at 6am today - despite going to bed at 1+am - to do the HMT project before the morning run, and I ended up scraping my knee while I was walking back after running because I went over the edge of the pathway -__- . Grrr... Must. Perservere.)
