Man, I haven't felt this bad in a long long while!

My period cramps acted up like 5 minutes into the "slow" campus run so I was to go back to the sports complex. But I think I ended up walking almost the whole campus route anyway 'cause I got lost. So dumb :x .

Circuits were next. Goodness, how do u ever do leg thrusts?!! I just don't get it. My legs would come in when I'm leaning back, and out when I'm leaning forward. Then I'll stop to try to get the timing right, but it goes haywire again after less than 5 times! Irritating!

(Assisted) pull-ups, log-lifts and cool-down after that. Eee... I could so feel the puke rising when I was doing the cool-down stretches, but I forced it back down. Not that it mattered, because it all came out less than 5 steps after we're done with cool-down. Yuck, I think I saw brownie bits.

And just when I thought it was all over, my right calf cramped so bad when we were just about 20 steps away from school, I tumbled onto the ground. Ya ya I know - I'm like how drama right? :x My maiden cramp experience (not counting those period ones), near the school entrance, sitting on the ground and surrounded by 5 guys!

You tell me... Drama or not??
