TGIF!

9.01am: I reached the office at 8.20am for the first time, but there's absolutely nothing to do. I'm currently just sitting in one of the computer chairs, spinning from left to right while writing this, and taking the more-than-occasional glances at my handphone. I feel so odd because everyone looks busy at work. Sian sian sian.

11.50am: Just slacked a whole lot in the store! We were supposed to get the "condemned" equipment to the office, but we ended up chatting about ghosts, yin and yang, IT stuff, driving... a lot a lot. And a joke that is biased against girls! Which is so not true 'cause we do drive good and listen okay! Mentor W is so lame, he's funny! Aiyo, I have nothing to do again.

12.10pm: Mentor W just gave us an assignment - to photocopy and arrange in order a stack of papers. To be completed at 12.50pm!

2.01pm: Just came back from Holland Drive. Mentor W drives, so we can venture further than Far East Plaza for lunch today. The yong tau foo there is cheap - only $2 for 6 pieces, plus noodles. Nice!

2.20pm: Mentor W just gave me an assignment - to be finished at 4.30pm.

3.11pm: Aiyo, it's only 3.11 and I have nothing to do again. I have typed and re-typed what I was supposed to type, but only 1 hour has passed. And I am supposed to be doing this till 4.30pm. Sian diao. If only I can do stuff online or just play Freecell, but the screen is in the full view of the manager. Why must the monitor be placed like this?!!!

3.29pm: Who would have thought that wayang-ing is so much more tiring than having something to do! I constantly have to come up with something to do to keep myself looking busy, which is certainly mind-draining! Now, I'm typing super-long words in a new file which I am going to close without saving come 4.30pm.

3.40pm: Oh dear! I'm stoning already!

4.10pm: Mentor W just told me that there are some blanks I actually need not fill up. To delete them, he recommends that I back-space the letters one by one.

4.40pm: Yay! Banana cake to keep me awake!

4.45pm: Looking at B using the typewriter. I think I'm a weeeee bit better at it than him? Hah!

5.10pm: I'm just shuttling between the tables, doing nothing in particular.

5.29pm: Yay! End of work and wayang-ing, finally! BBQ, here I come!
