Sniff sniff - bidding a tearful goodbye to my 20 year old 19+ year old 6/6 eyesight! My pair of cheapo red specs is on the way. The eye check was funny - I was oops-ing throughout the process because the letters/numbers just wouldn't come out the way I saw them!

Yay! Exams are finally over, though work's starting next week. A pat on my back for spotting the right topics for myself (I studied only 4 out of 10, and all of them came out! Hah!) and sister R - I'm like how good at spotting topics! :x But aiya, about 10 marks is still flying away 'cause trying to memorise while you're drifting in and out of sleep clearly doesn't work.

Work starts on Monday - my birthday! I just realised the workplace is so not in the Orchard vicinity, so it's too far to walk from the MRT station and there's no straight bus from my home. I reckon I’ll have to leave the house at 7.30am latest just to reach there on time, and I haven’t woken up this early in eons! After work, it’s gonna be rush rush rush to the hairdresser so that I can enjoy 50% off on hair services. Heh!

A hearing-impaired girl just approached me to sell a keychain which I declined to purchase. She looked real sweet and wasn’t the least persistent and so, the guilt pangs are hitting me now. As they always do. :x

Okay, time to set off for Aunty S’s house for a party! “Hairy crabs on the menu, amongst other delicious stuff” - seriously, how can anyone resist! So yay - food glorious food, here I come (even though my eyes are getting smaller with every minute -_- )!
