A game of badminton last Wednesday left my legs aching for the next few days. I suspect it’s because of all those net shots and the picking up of shutter cocks. Rodney’s racket weighs a ton and I was using his to play all the while, till Jason lent me his racket which, relative to Rodney’s, felt extremely light! And I didn’t even play with my racket at all that day, like how can?! But my my, I was certainly awed by how good most of them are at badminton! All those smack shots and the shots after the smacks – wow!

Oh, and I got bruised (And I don’t get bruises easily) – 1 on my chest ‘cause Vincent smacked the shuttle cock right into me after I got a net shot. Like bah! And the other on my knee because of all those net shots. On hindsight, my butt is surely getting firmer with each tennis/badminton game I play so Woohoo!, though I suck at them so bad!

Oh yes! I SAW JOANNE FU IN SCHOOL TWO THURSDAYS BACK! The first time in 3 years! She’s still the same, by the way.

Teresa and I went for a haircut at Chapter 2 last Friday. Alright, it’s more like "splurged on a haircut at Chapter 2 last Friday". My maiden hair treatment experience was pretty good! And we got hair products too. My bank account balance is going to fall below that magic number very soon, I believe! Sucks.

Ooo… I think I’m sitting beside a couple at a blind date! I know I’m not supposed to be eavesdropping, but it’s really hilarious stuff! They’re talking about – of all things – what their respective departments do, which email programme they use, whether they scold anyone at work before?!!... Superficial stuff! And the awkwardness… I can so totally feel it! Luckily, each of them has a mega huge cup of Mango Ice Blended to make those moments of silence feel less weird! Plus a slice of chocolate cake, which they dig into ever so often! Giggles, giggles, giggles!
