The weekend was, in short, food, food, fun, more food, fun and more fun!

Uncle bought a huge bag of durians last Saturday night, and guess what?! Teresa and I - unknowingly - ended up eating 4 whole durians! No kidding. And all of them were large ones, nothing like the $1 or $2 ones! Man, they were seriously finger licking good! The plump and creamy yellow flesh, the pungent aroma (Oxymoron! I still remember!), the bittersweet first bite - Mmmm... Yummy yum yum!

Then there was the lunch at Uncle's place. Copious amount of food, and that's a total understatement. We ate from lunch, to afternoon tea, to dinner! The food was undoubtedly good, and there was less red meat this time, so the meal went down a wee bit easier. Afternoon tea comprised of cakes, chinese tea and the chocolate cupcakes with cheese topping that I made (which were rather nice if you hadn't taken the ones that were slightly undercooked). Party Scrabble was absolutely fun! Classic Scrabble with a twist - it definitely kept us all on tenterhooks! My heart was like tatatatata throughout the game! So exciting! And the trip to the park, to get our stomach ready for dinner. Yes, food again.

Of course, fun was also Friday night at Wala Wala, after all that last-minute cramming for the Accounting test. Bah, that Accounting test! The first time none of the stuff I spotted came out! Sian diao.
