Dearest Daffy,

I know this is not the first thing I should say but, SWITZERLAND IS SOOOOOOOOO BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! Your pictures make me so envious! The scenic view from your balcony, the church, the shopping town... And - my oh my! - your room! Oh my goodness! A real hotel room, with housekeeping and laundry services included (albeit for a small fee)?!! Ok, that's seriously the best man! No housework roomwork to do! Woohoo! I like! But you know what? There's something that you left out in your update. One very important thing that your girl-friends back home are waiting for - the eligible Swiss bachelors' profiles! I can just see you going HAHAHA now! I think I'm getting a little high now. May be due to my job at the siao keng huh? My first week working there has been fantastic! Despite the very long hours (8.30am - 9.30pm from Monday to Thurday and 8.30am - 6pm from Friday to Sunday), the non-airconditioned working environment, the lack of privacy (I don't have a cubicle, computer or locker to myself), the long travelling time (It takes an hour to get there, which means I've to get up at 7 every morning), I am enjoying what I do. Most of the time, at least. Dealing with drug addicts is truly a refreshing experience! Plus, I have an awesome bunch of colleagues - most of them are temporary staff and are around my age, so we're able to click just fine. Not forgetting my supervisors! All of them are really nice, and very motherly! Which is definitely great for me, because I'm such a troublesome inexperienced-cashier! So far, my cashiering record for the past 2 days is 0 0 (which means the amount of money I collected tallies with the records). Let's see if I can maintain my record throughout!
