1. I squeezed my way through the Waterloo Street and Chinatown crowd on CNY's Eve. It was crazy man! Which reminds me - I was really pissed with this group of foreigners who practically elbowed their way through the crowd. Barbarians!
2. I watched the fireworks display upclose on CNY's eve! WoOhoO! It's not everyday you get to stop on Nicoll highway just to watch fireworks.
3. There were minimal visitations this year, which translates to fewer angbaos! Boohoohoo! Only got 50% of what I usually get during the past CNYs.
4. Lunch, dinner, lunch, dinner, lunch, dinner.... There were loads of them this CNY! WoOhoO! I live to eat, totally!
5. I've downed tons of calorie-laden cookies, bak kua, pineapple tarts, kueh bolu, love letters, kueh lapis... You name it, I've eaten it! Gotta burn those fats away now. Boohoohoo!
6. Played many many many rounds of mahjong, since my whole family was at my place most of the time. Won a bit, lost a lot! =(

1. My latest ear-hole has closed! Cos I forgot to replace the stick that slipped out while I was showering. Argh.
2. This year's goodie bag is not as nice as the one last year. =(
3. I don't like the singlet cos it's so plain.

Job Search

I finally got a job last Friday.

Yesterday was my 1st day at work. OMGosh man! It's sooooo boring.. SUPER DUPER SUPER DUPER BORING! And that's an understatement, totally! I actually got to read 100+ pages of my novel while on the job yesterday! Today, I spent the entire morning solving sudoku puzzles, and the earlier half of the afternoon on my novel.

I soooooooooo wanna quit! I know many people will say that I get paid for slacking, but aiya... I'd rather be busy man!

Daffy rescued me from boredom the later part of this afternoon. Yayness! We went to Jack's Place at Hougang Plaza for lun-ner. Food was okay (Fairly reasonable for $7.50 - We ordered the student's meal. Hehe.), but service was bad!

Argh. I'm sooooo dreading work tomorrow! Someone please save me from boredom!
