Wow! No updates for the past 2 weeks?!

Well, that's cos I've been really busy with loads of stuff (which I reckon are hardly significant since I can barely recall).

There's actually an entry in the works. It's just that I'm busy, as mentioned above. Ok ok.. And slightly lazy as well. =)

Anyway, I went in search of recruitment agencies in International Plaza with Daffy on Friday. We headed to this really huge and very reputable agency at first, but wa lau... The staff there conveniently treated us like invisible people. No one attended to us, until we approached one! We were finally asked to put our names down on the same sheets of registration list as those who came in on the 23rd December. But I guess you can say it's like a wasted trip!

So floor by floor we went, down International Plaza. But it seems that all the recruitment agencies mysteriously disappeared for we couldn't find all those agencies that we had noted from the directory. The cold grey doors of the offices also seemed real intimidating, to me at least.

Thus, we decided to head to another recruitment agency in Bugis that my aunty had told me about. Service was definitely way better than that very reputable one. And the lady who attended to us was also a whole lot friendlier. WoOhoO!

Oh yes. And did you know that 65 wpm is like really really fast?! I actually thought that's only average, and well, made a laughing stock of myself. Hahaha!

And it turns out that Lina's currently working at a not-really-small firm in a very nice building! Plus, her working environment and colleagues are really great. How lucky!

We're going back for training soon. I'm sooo dreading it, really. Haven't exercised in the longest time man!

Went for dinner with a few of my ex-classmates at the steamboat place (The one advertised on tv, where Jaime Teo goes, "This soup is really nice to drink!" (Direct translation)). And later, durians at Geylang. It's been such a long time.

Gotta go now. I struck a 'homework deal' with Teresa in December 2004, and I haven't really fulfilled my end of the bargain. So back to work now. It's AQ somemore! =(
