I've a really terrible tummy-ache now. Argh.

Teresa introduced me to a new waitressing game today. It's super fun! WoOhoO! =)

Yesterday's training was - as expected - pretty tiring, though we only paddled 8k. So that's what they call "light paddling". Their K2 looked like the ones we have, but it's oddly unstable. We had a wobbly start I must say.

Went down for another 4k on the Lancer during the alumni training, but my balance was way off after not paddling for 4 months. Very disappointing. It was cap cap cap all the way. =(

Just found out that I've a really purple-ish bruise on my arm from yesterday's training. I vaguely remember that I did bump my arm real hard on the cockpit during one of the capsizes. Boohoohoo!

My fitness really suck big time now. And it's definitely not very comforting to know that I gotta start training up right from the bottom again. Argh.

Went for another huff-and-puff session just now. It felt better than the last, though am still slow. Baby steps... baby steps.

I realised that baguettes are real nice when it's hot! Crispy on the outside, moist and soft on the inside - Perfect! WoOhoO! =)

I'm sooo bored now that I've taken to reading one of the really old books lying in my bookcase - Falling Leaves by Adeline Yen-Mah, and watching a Taiwanese serial that I don't really fancy.

My hp bill for this month's gonna explode. That's why I hardly message anyone nowadays. Will start the sms frenzy again at the end of November. Just wait! =)

Am going down to train with the Juniors tomorrow afternoon. Hmmm... Should I go for a jog in the morning?
