And so I huffed and puffed my way through a run at the nearby park. My stamina has been very sucky all along, which is why I often wonder how can anyone find running therapeutic! I think it's insane! Someone tell me how? Hahaha!

Sharon went to do her eyebrows yesterday. I was very close to doing mine too, but I opted out at the last minute. Cos I like my eyebrows untouched? Hahaha!

I got to see the whole process, cos I was in the room too. It seemed relatively painless. The beautician was really professional. The way she did the job truly amazed me. It was just like an artist fully concentrated on doing his masterpiece. Very impressive.

I'm starting to feel the nerves about tomorrow's training. He said we'll be doing light paddling. But you never know what's his "light paddling" like. Boohoohoo! =(
