WoOhoO!! Blogger is finally ok! It's been sooo long.

A noteworthy thing: I was actually 1 of 3 who scored the highest for Chem prelim prac in the cohort. =) For that, I got a $10 Popular gift voucher. Date of issue of the voucher was May 2005, so I'm guessing they must have bought it in bulk to enjoy a discount? Hahaha!

S12 also got the best class for Chem. Each of us received a pack of chocs and a notebook - with a personalised message from Mrs Suresh. Very nice!

I love things that have the personal touch to it. It shows that the person did put some thought into the gift. That's why I usually like to add a card or a small note whenever I give a present.

And people who know me would be aware that I go for practical stuff. I once threw away a really huge bear that I got from someone because it was taking up too much space on my bed, collecting dust and hair, and the material was making me feel really hot at night (no pun intended). So down the rubbish chute it went, and I never really regretted it. Ok, I think I sound really mean.

Mrs Kok talked to us on our performance at prelims today. It seems that we've done really well for the A Level subjects, and all the tutors have fairly good comments (and high expectations too) about us. The only thing - our Gp isn't too good. Only 40++% of the class passed. So now, we gotta focus more on Gp since all the other subjects should be pretty ok for us.

But I think it doesn't apply to me. I'm barely passing all my subjects, which totally sucks!

October's such a busy month! There's sooo many mock exams / time trials / consultations after Graduation Day. Practically every subject has them!

Argh. And I've to go shopping for a gift soon.
