My body's aching REAL BAD man!!

From Friday's gym and yesterday's water training! Argh!~

Yesterday's training was as usual. Coach told me lots of stuff. Debrief, on the whole, was pretty good. Motivating, albeit long!

Chey! Just found out that swimming Nationals are on the following week (Tue and Wed), not next week la! Yea man! Won't miss Wednesday's training! WoOhoO! =)

Might be going down for 50m freestyle too. But actually, I don't really want to. Oh well.

Oh ya. Went to school at 9.45 am just to go through 3 paragraphs of a passage! Had lunch with Daffy at Kovan. Bitched alot! Met Zhenxian and Hong An.

Erhem!! And all thanks to Brilliant beyond Brilliant SaRaH (Not only my eyes ok?!! Hahaha!), Daffy found the Pri 6 Assessment book she desperately needed! *HINTs* Food will be good you know!

Will be joining the swimmers for training tomorrow. It's gonna be a loooong one - 3 to 4 hrs man! And they're going to take my timing, which is sooo sucky, cos I'm aching all over! Argh!~

Well, at least I'll be training.
