First training at MacRitchie yesterday. Took an hr to get there from home. And I gotta change bus to get there, which means no sleeping! Argh! =(

Paddled with Lina yesterday - 10km on the K2 and 2km on the black Mos. Black Mos leh!! Hahahahaha! =) Coach made me sooo stressed la! Before we launched, Coach came up to me and was like, "Sarah, the water here is super calm. Even if I want to cap, I also cannot cap!" Then he went up to Lina and told her that we should be very stable here. Main point: Can't cap no matter what!

I must admit it was super duper stable on the K2! WoOhoO!!

The 1000m mark seemed sooooo far away! Paddling up was pretty okay, paddling back was horrible! Water was super heavy, lanes were totally confusing! So many buoys bobbling around la! In short, the way back seemed never-ending! Physically and mentally exhausted after each lap back man!

Practised on the black Mos after that. Hate the rudder! Super tight man! It made the skin on my feet peel! Painful! Argh!~ Coach made us do laps on the black Mos. It was freaky la! But felt pretty nice! Much lighter than the K2. Finally achieved the impossible! Hahaha! =)

Toilets are a real put-off! So filthy! So yucky! And soooo far away! Argh!~

Oh ya! The runs at MacRitchie are gonna start next Saturday! I'm soooooooo dreading it la!! I HATE RUNNING!!!!!

Way home was totally crazy man! All thanks to Daffy ya?! Firstly, I didn't know what I was doing on bus 132! Took the bus all the way back to hougang, took another bus to school, and took 62 home. Dozed off in the bus. Alighted 1 stop before my house. Had to take another bus home! So what time did I finally get home? 7.45pm!!!!

Got a treat from Daffy! WoOhoO!! That somewhat made it worthwhile! HAHAHAHA!! =P

My body's aching like crazy now and the abrasion on my neck hurts real bad!! First time having an abrasion on my neck, and it sucks!

My shotput heats is tomorrow! How am I gonna throw man?!
