So we had our first taste of running at MacRitchie yesterday!

And it was HORRIBLE!!!!!! For me at least.

As usual, I was the last to finish the run.

Already started to lag at the very first part of the run! Gosh!

It was seriously crazy man! 3.2km!! Plus, there were so many uphills and downhills la!

I HATE RUNNING!!!!!!!!!! Argh!~

Did 8 sets of 4 pull-ups after that.

Minister George Yeo was at MacRitchie yesterday. The moment he came, it started to rain! Lol!

Paddled the K2 white with Lina.

With tubing:
- 4km warm-up
- 3 x 250m sprints

Without tubing:
- 250m sprint

I thought the sprints were pretty good. Direction has certainly improved! Hahaha!

Still can't get on the K1 black! Argh!~

My body's aching like shit today!

Managed to put my stud into my left earhole (finally!!) after an agonising 1 hr! With the help of my sis and mom no less! Lol! =P

Dropped yet another stud into my bathroom sink! Haha!

Gonna go to Orchard later! WoOhoO! =)

Oh ya! My aunty chatted with me last night! Told her how I was the last in class for Math. And she said this, "If you're able to overcome this, you can overcome anything else in life. But if you give up now, that just shows how your attitude will be like in the future."
