I just LOVE eating and sleeping!!!

Especially eating before taking afternoon naps!!

It's just sooo therapeutic!! Lol! =)

As soon as I got home, it was 2 bowls of rice to fill my starving body. After which, it was to my bed for my once-in-a-blue-moon afternoon nap! Weeeeeee... =)

I ate again as soon as I woke up.

And woohoo! I'm feeling so great now! =)

I woke up at 6.33 this morning, and I was seriously contemplating if I should skip training. Couldn't sleep all night. Partly cos of the nasty mosquitos. Stayed in bed till 6.48am, and finally decided that I should go.

Didn't go for morning jog. Did pull-ups though - 5 sets of 3.

As for today's training, we did:

- 3km warm-up
- 4 x 500m sprint
- Break
- 4 x 500m sprint
- Starting bursts

Yuen Foong was sick, so I paddled on the T1 (with resistance). Water felt super heavy! Shitty current was pushing my boat left and right!

Anyway, my timing for the first 4 sprints were pretty good I think.

1st sprint: 3.48 min
2nd sprint: 4.08 min
3rd sprint: 3.45 min
4th sprint: 3.29 min (paddled back to 500m mark)

No timing taken for 2nd set of sprints. But I think I did pretty well. Was pacing with Daffy and Xunbin for most of the sprints. Wasn't too far behind them.

I don't know why, but I didn't feel like talking much today. Wasn't feeling good at all.

I was sooo glad Yuen Foong wasn't at training today. I'd have really screamed at her man! Paddling on the T1 was good. At least I was alone.

Btw, my timings on the T1 was almost the same as those on the T2, surprisingly! Hehe...

Gotta go meet Hong An now. Hehe... Watching the Chingay Parade live! Yea!~
