I'm having a really bad headache now, all thanks to the stupid Njc canoeist! He whacked me on my head with his stupid paddle! Argh!~

Anyway, for training today, we did:

- 3km warm-up (30 on, 30 off)
- 4 x 500m sprint
- Break
- 3 x 500m sprint

Today's sprints were pretty okay. Sprinted according to our race plan. The 2nd sprint was the best - 3.45 mins. The rest are screwed! So many boats blocking us man!

Told Coach about our race plan, and he modified it alittle. Cos since we're better with our long, hard pull, he advised us to do more of it instead.

My right shoulder is aching real bad now! Even when lifting my arm, my shoulder hurts aloooot! Omg! My left foot too! Argh!~

Seriously don't know what's up with my shoulder. It's been giving me loads of problems recently.

Got the SDBA race programme today. Realised that both my T1 and T2 500m events are on the same day. And they are like just 3 hrs apart! Argh!! And there's only 2 heats for each, so it's straight to the finals if we make it! Hehe...

Well, had the Physics class test today, and I'm so gonna fail! Totally blanked out upon seeing the questions! Didn't know how to even start man! So dead!

Dr Wong also mentioned that our class has double the number failures (which is 4 btw) for our recent common test. I'm certain I'm one of them. Argh!!

Oh ya. Mr Low talked to our class yesterday. He said that our performance is dropping, maybe due to our complacency. And that the energy that our class once had, has disappeared.

I'm suddenly so interested in horoscope! Lol!! =P

Had a feast too! Hehe... No steamboat, but good anyhow! =)
