I shall make today's entry short. Gotta wake up later to complete my assignments and start revising for the Math Common Test.

First, I PASSED MY PHYSICS AND CHEMISTRY TESTS!!! Yea!~ Got 55% for the Chemistry Common Test and 50% for the Physics one. Mr Low even said that I've made improvements! Woohoo! =)

Watched some Japanese animated movie during Chinese lecture today. Pretty nice I must say. Didn't fall asleep! Hehe...

At today's sea training, we did:

- 3km warm-up
- 7 x 500m sprints (Best timing: 3.21 mins, Worst timing: 4+ mins)

And all that was done on a T2 + resistance! Damn tiring!

Was kinda pissed with Yuen Foong today. Felt that she wasn't putting her best, and that she gives up too easily. Asked her why she slacked during one of the laps, and she replied, "I was sick of turning." I know the current was really bad today - it kept pushing us right, but what kind of excuse is that? Unacceptable? Totally!

And she kept over-correcting our direction. So here I am trying to turn the boat left, and there she'll be, countering my efforts. And after a few strokes, the current pushes us right again, and the whole thing repeats. It made me really exhausted!

She also has this very bad habit of shifting her butt by lifting it totally from the seat, thus causing a jerking motion. It's still pretty okay on a T2, but on the Mos, it's really bad! The moment she does that on the Mos, we capped. Plus, I feel that she doesn't counter her leaning herself. And she taps the water way too often.

Communication was not really good today. The only good thing was that we could paddle on the white Mos pretty well.

*Sigh*

Oh well. What to do?

Ooo... And btw, just found out that there's actually a K2 silver medalist in our team! But she doesn't look like it at all! Looks-wise, strokes-wise, fitness-wise, push-ups-wise... Lol! =P
