There was no morning jog today! I repeat, no morning jog! Yea!~ Lol!! =P Had some competition prep talk instead.

Sky was overcast as we launched. I paddled with a J1 (I think it's Christopher) over. It started to drizzle, and by our 1st warm-up lap, it was pouring!

We did:

- 1 x 500m sprint
- Break (Got lightning)
- 4 x 500m sprint
- 2 x 500m sprint
- Starting bursts

Our direction was totally way-off today! Speed wasn't there either! Though the current is to our favour today, our timings are pretty much the same, or at most about 10 secs improvement. Which totally suck la!!

Somehow, I was pissed with her today. My shoulder was still hurting today, so obviously, I didn't paddle so hard. And the boat went really slow man! Plus, our direction was totally screwed!

The only saving grace was the last 2 sprints, which I felt were pretty good.

All was well after training though! Hehe... =)

Btw, I still think no one can beat me in hanging the life vests, ya Daffy? LOL!!

Anyway, did pull-ups after training. And woohoo! I think I've improved from last year! Yea!~ Hahaha....

Daffy treated me to Vitasoy today!! Weeee.... =)

Oh ya. I did the horoscope compatibility tests for some of the canoeists, and they think it's pretty true!! Weeee.... =)

I did a special one for Daffy. And I think it should be pretty true too huh, Daffy? LOL!!! =P

Gonna have a feast tonight! Yea!! My cousin's 21st birthday! Woohoo!!

My stomach is rumbling now! Hahaha.... =)
