I just had my OP today. Was actually late once again for a major exam. The last time was my 'O level' Physics paper. Now it's my 'A level' PW Oral Presentation. Luckily the assessors didn't bar me from taking the exam.

I could have been early, really. I just took too long to decide if I wanna turn up today. Cos I'm actually sick, and going to see the doctor anyway. Had wanted to wake up at 6.15 am initially, but I let myself sleep for 15 mins more. Started editing my OP slides only at 6.30 am, and finished editing everything at 7.15 am. Then, I decided that I wanted to do the Q&A in front of familiar faces, so I went to shower. By then, it was already 7.20 am, and I had to be in school by 7.30. Got my dad to bring me to school.

By the time I reached school, it was already 7.45 am. Was deliberating whether to go in anot. Wanted to go to the OP venue to see if they've started, but ended up walking in circles cos I went to the wrong block. The OP was actually at B3-1, but I went to A3-1 instead. By then, my group members were messaging me frantically, asking me if I'll turn up. At last, I managed to find the class at 7.56. Luckily, the assessors didn't bar me from doing the OP. =)

My group was the 2nd group to go. Was feeling pretty nervous, cos I've never once gave a decent answer during the Q&A segment in our OP practice. Furthermore, my assessors were Mr Matthew Lyon - a GP teacher - and Mrs Koh - an Econs teacher. They must have alot of questions to ask us cos we're doing on the topic 'Censorship' - a GP topic.

The whole OP went pretty well. Everything went smoothly, except for minor hiccups here and there. Surprisingly, I was still pretty calm during the Q&A segment. Probably cos I'm standing in front of smiling faces, and the atmosphere was pretty relaxed cos everyone knew each other. My question was pretty hard. It seems that Mr Lyon likes to post the hardest question to the last member. And unfortunately, I'm the last. Anyway, I managed to crap through it and gave a decent answer. I thought that was the best Q&A I've ever done.

We had to wait till 12+ for the rest of the groups to present. It was interesting listening to how they answered the questions. I went home right after the OP cos I had sea training later. Didn't go for training in the end, cos I was really feeling unwell. Saw the doctor in the evening, and he gave me 2 days MC!

On the negative side, I left my wallet on bus 107 today. There were many precious things in my wallet! Like my Canoeing collar pin, my thumbdrive, the Borders gift card which Ms Ong gave us. Argh!~
