Sunday and Monday:

Watch tv, sleep, eat - SLACKING!!
Body was totally sore from Saturday's training! Forgot to do cool down stretches. Argh!~

Tuesday:

Had Chemistry tutorial on Arenes in the morning. Left house at 7.45 am. Wanted to take bus 100 then change to 107. But boarded bus 147 instead. Went to Hougang Central and took a cab from there instead. Was late for class by 15 mins again. Found out that Liling's working night shift at Motorola. Pretty good pay - $50+ a night on weekday and $60+ a night on weekends. Tempted to go work with her too, but decided not to, cos it's from 11 pm to 7 am, which means I may not be able to make it for trainings in the morning.

Ms Ong got Chun Hong to bring another file, cos try as she might, she just couldn't close our GPF. It was hilarious!

Had a dry run for the 'Amazing Race' in the afternoon. Took a cab back to school again. Totally broke now! Walked alot, cos we wanted to save on the fares. It was funny how even though my group walked while the other group ran, we still managed to catch up with them. Saw the campsite - not as I'd expected.


Wednesday:

Training was supposed to be at 1 pm today, but it was changed to 7 am. Didn't know about the change of time until Daphne called me at 7.45 am. Decided to meet them later cos I had a LTC meeting on the CCA Leaders Camp at 9 this morning. Took a cab to school with Brenda, once again. Didn't expect the meeting to take so long - only finished at 11.30 am. I was only in time to listen to Coach's debrief by the time I reached Kallang at 12.30.

Coach mentioned about:

1) 3 Steps for learning:
- Observe
- Analyse
- Practise

2) Wash-hanging (I think?)
- the bow of the boat should be at the side of the cockpit of the lead boat
- saves energy (about 30%)
- like the "goose formation"
- good for long-distance paddling
