Had another training in the afternoon. Power training at 4 pm in school. A last-minute one. 2 trainings in a day - unbelievable!

Power training was pretty okay. Did my sets with Yuen Foong and Daphne cos Xun Bin wasn't there.

Coach literally moved the whole gym outdoors. Quite funny! He got us to bring the weights out, cos the H&F people were in there. He even told us to bring the chest press bench out.

It was pretty nice doing the stations outdoors. Change of scenery. The only station we did in the gym was lats pull and the station to help do pull-ups.

Had a debrief after training. Found out the reasons why we had a 2nd training. Cos we're going to miss Thursday's training, and cos we didn't tell Mr Tan and Coach that there was some confusion over the Math lecture.

Coach taught us some exercises on how to train our trunk twisting and to maintain the level of our shoulders. They seemed like martial arts movements. And the way he executes the moves, it looks like he does martial arts or something. But I think the exercises are really helpful.

Went for a 2.4 km jog after training, while Melvin and Yuen Foong ran 5 km. They ran real fast! Even overtook my by 1 round! Oh man! I seriously gotta improve.

Oh ya. During the debrief, Coach mentioned that I was smiling while paddling this morning. Didn't realise I was grinning throughout the training! =)
