Update
Land training today was great! After the warm-up jog, we did weights in the gym and practise our strokes on the Ergo machine. I partnered Yuen Foong. Glad I did cos she's really focussed when training, and always pushes herself. This in turn causes me to train harder as compared to last week. I completed 2 sets of the circuit and was already starting on the 3rd as compared to last week when I only completed 1 set, and was just starting on the 2nd. There's a sense of satisfaction as I felt that I had really trained hard.
Anyway, I'm starting to like my Canoeing captain... his way of doing things. He goes for quality, not quantity. Really happy for that cos the punishment always comes after the training when all of us are already so shagged. So as long as we do standard push-ups, we''ll not have to do so many. Yea!~
My IQ dropped 0 points today!
