We had the 4th round of OP practice today. And I was stumped when they questioned me, again. Wonder how I'll do for the Q&A on the actual day of the OP. Pretty worried for myself actually. Plus, Mr Lyon, a GP teacher, is our assessor. He's definitely going to ask us some really tough questions. Argh!~

Had sea training today. It was pretty short - only about 2 hrs. We only left the school at 3+, reaching there no earlier than 3.45 pm. I launched the yellow Mosquito with Yuen Foong today. I was pretty nervous, cos everytime I tried to launch the Mosquito, I never fail to cap right after the boat leaves the pontoon. But we, or should I say 'I', made improvement today. Though we capped at the start, but at least we did paddle a little before we went down. We manage to get back in with the help of a T1 and a T2, and paddle right up to shore without capping again. Yea!~ The boat was filled with water though.

I don't know why, but after that, I was really really unstable. I just couldn't get my balance there. Coach said that I leaned on the left when I'm paddling with Yuen Foong. Yet, when I try to paddle on my own, the boat always tilt right. He also told me to just start paddling as soon as I get into the boat. But how do I even start when I'm not stable at all? And I keep dunking my paddle in. That's why I can't hit myself up. I also just realised that my sculling on my right is horrendous! Water keeps collecting on the blade of my paddle. And then, it'll just suck me down and I cap. Argh!~ I must have capped at least 20 times today.

Looks like I've got alot to work on. Argh!~

I got to paddle back on the T2 with Daphne. It's been such a long time since I last paddled a T2 with her. And I had to paddle sampan-style with the broken paddle. It was hilarious! Daphne and me were laughing all the way back! Even coach laughed at one point.

Btw, Lina broke a $450 paddle today. First paddle to be broken by our batch. =)
