We didn't get our Chemistry Paper 1 back today. The teachers went through Paper 1 and 2 answers though. I really don't know how I'll do. But I've a gut feeling that I might just fail Chemistry this time. I left out many parts here and there. Plus, the answers to my multiple choice questions were all by guessing as I didn't have enough time to complete it. Argh!~

Seriously hope I'll be able to get at least a B overall for Chemistry this time.

The Leadership Training Committee (LTC) also had to stay back after the agonising 2 hrs spent in the LT, cos we were the organisers for the post promo activity - Team Excellence Camp (TEC). I really really didn't feel like staying back at all! I had already made plans to go watch the movie 'White Chicks'.

I heard from my sis that the movie's really comical, and that I should catch it if I can. Btw, if anyone's interested to watch 'White Chicks', msg me!

Anyway, we were supposed to meet for the trial run for the TEC at 10.15 am. So I think it ought to start at 10.45 am latest, after the briefings and stuff. Yet, there was so much TIME-WASTING, we only began at 11+. I don't understand why the people in charge don't get things organised before they meet the rest of the committee. There was just so much confusion as to how the trial run was to be conducted.

Well, in the end, we ended the whole thing about 3 pm, when I guess it should have taken at most 4 hrs to complete the trial run. All of us looked really tired by then. Nevertheless, a group of us (Rose, Ruey Jen, Celine, Yvonne, Deanna, Shaz and me) decided to go to Bugis to shop and to watch 'White Chicks'. But Bugis ain't showing 'White Chicks', so we decided to have a meal at Long John Silver before heading to Bugis Street to shop.

I didn't get anything for myself after 3 hrs of window shopping though. But I spotted a really nice denim skirt (white with purple vertical stripes). It was practically love at first sight! I intend to get that for my sis as a Christmas present. Yes, I'm a good sis! =)

The rest of them were mainly looking for earrings. Coincidentally, I was just chatting with Yvonne about piercings and earrings on the bus on the way to school this morning. I don't know why, but after looking at so many earrings today, I had a sudden impulse to have my ears pierced too! Some of the earrings were really pretty! Maybe I'll get a pair for my sis too!

Hmm... I had wanted to get my ears pierced long ago. I remember telling my friends, including my aunty, last year about how I'll pierced my ears after my 'O' Levels. Yet, up till now, my ears are still free from man-made holes of any kind.

Actually, I'm not afraid of the pain during the piercing. I'm just afraid of the pain that comes after the piercing. And Yvonne just did a great job of scaring me further when she told me how her piercing got infected (Pus would ooze out of the wound whenever she squeeze them. Totally gross! Yucks!) and how she had left her earrings on for 2 yrs without cleaning them cos it was too painful to take it off.

But yea, I'm thinking of piercing my ears soon. Okay, probably not so soon. After my 'A' Levels perhaps. Well, then again, maybe not. =)
