The OP practice was pretty okay today. But I was stumped when Ms Ong posted a question to me. I don't know why, but my mind always goes to a complete blank whenever I'm required to answer. Yet, when my other group members are posted questions, I can usually come up with appropriate answers.

I also had canoe training today. Having missed last week's circuit training, I was pretty nervous. Was wondering what they will do and whether I will be lagging behind again. I even went to shit before the training, just so that the shit will not threaten to come out when I "push" myself. =)

Well, it went pretty well. We did 3 rounds of sprint-jog, and later 2 sets of weight circuit. Surprisingly, I did not finish last for the last round of sprint-jog. Usually, I'd be the last to complete. Plus, it was already the last round and I was kinda tired. But in the final sprint, somwhow I felt that my legs were moving faster than usual, and that my strides were bigger. Yea!~

Weight training was next. I did my sets with Yuen Foong. The timing for my set was 3.05 min. But I think I did not do really standard push-ups and burpies. That's why the timing's pretty fast. I must do standard ones next week. Yea, I must push myself harder!

Gotta go to Chun Hong's house to make changes to the OP slides again. And I was there till 1+, again. I just realised that someone did not do anything for the OP slides at all. All he did was his script and came up with answers to some of the questions posted to us. That's all. I'm getting quite fed up now! Why is it always the 2 of us who needs to do most of the work? Especially that someone, do you even realise that you did almost nothing for our WR and OP?

Anyway, while waiting for the lift at Chun Hong's place, I noticed this light from the opposite block that was a little green. Quite scary. Plus, I already had a minor fright earlier. This stupid picture of a 'Ju-on' girl keeps appearing on my screen randomly, accompanied by the stupid sound which never fails to shock me. Damn picture!

I hate walking home so late. Everywhere's so quiet, I can even hear my own footsteps.

Oh ya. Saw something interesting when I got back. There was a couple at my lift landing. And it was like already 1+ in the morning! The weird thing was, the guy was like in his 40s or maybe even 50s, and the girl looks no older than 25. They were talking in whispers and when I walked past them, they looked away. Something fishy must be going on! I think the guy's having an affair. Hehe... =P
