I've finally managed to paddle on the K2 without capsizing. Yea!~ Really happy! It's my 1st time paddling the K2 with Yuen Foong, and it's only my 2nd time launching from the pontoon. Really nervous at first as the 1st time I launched the 'Mosquito' from the pontoon with Xun Bin was a really bad experience. We capped 3 times even before we left the pontoon. And I know it was because of me. I was praying so hard that Yuen Foong and I will make it to our usual place without capping.

Though we capped right at the start near the pontoon, but we managed to paddle to our usual place without any other mishaps. And we're the only ones who didn't not capsized on our way back! Yea!~

I've also learn alot from this training, about why I'm always capsizing. It's not because I'm unstable, but because I'm prone to leaning. And as Melvin says, "Once I lean, I never go back". Even coach noticed it. I guess I've just gotta sit upright, and stop shifting. Plus, I've realised that Yuen Foong do actually make a good partner after all.

But I was pretty unlucky, or should I say careless, after the training. Not only did I drop the nut, I also dropped a seat on Xun Bin's foot and caused it to bleed real bad. Felt pretty guilty after that. And we gotta do 130 push ups for the mistakes we made during the training. Glad it wasn't too many.
