I rushed down to Kallang straight after the Math tutorial for sea training. Ended up reaching there at 10 going 11. It was only early enough to paddle back to the pontoon as the training ended at 11.30 am. But at least I got to paddle a little.

Can't believe I had actually clean forgotten about my bag and shoes when we were about to leave. As I was late, I met them at the spot where we usually trained. If coach hadn't reminded me, I would have left my bag and shoes there! In the end, a pair on the T2 ferried my bag and shoes back. It was really comical seeing them trying to squeeze my bag into the cockpit!

Anyway, I paddled the K2 back with Xun Bin. She said that she was afraid of paddling with me cos the last time I tried to paddle with her, we capped even before we started paddling. It's cos I tend to lean alot. But it's not like I leaned on purpose. Well, on the whole, it was a smooth journey back, though there were a little "mishaps" on the way.

After training, coach debriefed us. I was surprised when he mentioned my name - how I rushed down for training after lessons. He said that that's the kind of attitude we should have, that we should concentrate on both our studies and canoeing.

I think my mindset towards canoeing has changed. Somehow, canoe trainings are not so dreadful anymore. =)
