I've gotten my results - 17 points for L1r5. Well, I can't say I'm totally dissatisfied with my results. It's actually better than I had expected. But somehow, I think I could have done better, after looking at my sister's results (She's got 12 points! It's unbelievable!) I think I could have gotten an A1 too if I had dropped pure physics and pure chemistry to take up combined science. That would have been 2 points off my L1r5.

I'm applying to a jc with 15 points - I have 2 bonus points, thanks to my cca. I'm eyeing on Meridian Junior College. Cos they have both sailing and canoeing there. Plus, alot of my friends are going there too. But alot of people have said that MJC is very strict. Ashwin was also persuading us to stay in SRJC. According to him, Mdm Koh said that we should stay after looking at our results. Actually, SRJC isn't really a bad choice either. The teachers are nice. The people there are nice. I believe, the life of an SRJCian will be great.

But I really wanna try sailing out. So MJC will still be my first choice, followed by Tampines JC and Serangoon JC. I seriously don't know what to do with the remaining 8 choices. I've just realised how little my choices are. Anyway, Ashwin said that I could appeal to go back to SRJC if I didn't like it at other colleges cos I was there during the first intake. So that's what I'm going to do if I don't like it at other JCs.

I really hope I can go to MJC. That's why I'm submitting the form later, in the next few hours.

The next phase of my life has begun.
